SOC 1

SOC 1’s are commonly required during company due diligence processes. A SOC 1 provides your customers assurance that you have adequate internal controls in place that impact their financial reporting. SOC 1’s are most relevant to companies that provide financial services, billing, or payroll to customers.

We will help you determine which trust criteria to include, scope the processes, develop a data flow diagram, develop a risk and control matrix, assist with gap remediation, and coordinate with your external assessors during the testing cycles. 

 

If you do not already have an external assessor determined, we will assist you with procuring one.
