Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC)

FFIEC is a U.S. government interagency body that sets uniform principles, standards, and reporting forms for examining financial institutions to ensure consistent supervision across federal and state regulators.

If you are a bank or a fintech provider, we will help you digest the FFIEC handbooks and assess your current state environment against the FFIEC requirements. FFIEC requirements are documentation heavy and focus holistically on implementing policies and procedures, then following those policies and procedures consistently. We will help you develop your policies and procedures, or modify them if they already exist with gaps. If you already have Matters Requiring Attention (MRA's) in your technical space, we can assist with remediation.

We can act as your coordinator during external assessment, which includes providing audit coaching to internal employees and working directly with your OCC assigned assessor to provide evidence, discuss gaps, and find the path of least resistance to remediation.
